1. Join And Follow Cards

1. Create your member account or sign in.
2. Open a loyalty card from the home page or scan a QR code shared by a business.
3. Follow the cards you want to collect points on.
4. Keep your profile details current so reward and support messages reach you.

2. Check Your Wallet

1. Open your wallet from the member dashboard.
2. Review current point balances for each card you follow.
3. Check transaction history to confirm points earned, used, sent, or received.
4. Watch expiry information so you can claim rewards before points expire.

3. Redeem Rewards

1. Open a loyalty card and review the available rewards.
2. Claim a reward once you have enough points.
3. Show the reward QR code or confirmation to staff for redemption.
4. Check your remaining balance after the reward is completed.

4. Use Codes And Request Links

• Use redeemable codes when a business or staff member gives you one.
• Create request links when you want another member to send you points.
• Review expiration dates and usage limits before sharing a link.
• Double-check card selection so points go to the right balance.
