Member Guide

Join programs voluntarily, understand how points are earned, share enrollment links, and redeem benefits without assuming that a registration represents a completed booking.

1. Join And Follow Cards

  1. Create your member account or sign in.
  2. Open a loyalty card from the home page or scan a QR code shared by a business.
  3. Follow the cards you want to collect points on.
  4. Keep your profile details current so reward and support messages reach you.
  5. Review the program rules before agreeing to receive ongoing messages.

2. Check Your Wallet

  1. Open your wallet from the member dashboard.
  2. Review current point balances for each card you follow.
  3. Check transaction history to confirm points earned, used, sent, or received.
  4. Watch expiry information so you can claim rewards before points expire.

3. Redeem Rewards

  1. Open a loyalty card and review the available rewards.
  2. Claim a reward once you have enough points.
  3. Show the reward QR code or confirmation to staff for redemption.
  4. Check your remaining balance after the reward is completed.

4. Share Enrollment Links

  • Open a card's referral page to copy your unique share link.
  • A person who follows your link can choose to register and join the card.
  • If the program offers points at registration/card follow, those are enrollment bonuses—not proof of a completed reservation.
  • Review the card rules before promising another person a benefit.

5. Help And Good Habits

  • Use strong passwords and keep your email address up to date.
  • Do not share reward QR codes or account access with other people.
  • If points look wrong, contact the business that runs the card and include the date of the transaction.
  • Do not assume a shared link guarantees a booking reward; the current platform records enrollment participation.
  • Visit the FAQ and contact pages from the footer if you need general support.
